Bondage theory - methods of bondage
Some of the most popular methods of bondage include being secured with some type of restraining device (such as rope, silk scarves, or for the heavier player, Velcro-tightening wrist and ankle cuffs or handcuffs). Beds seem to be the favourite object on which to be secured. If your Dom/me has a well-equipped dungeon, the chances are good. They have whipping posts and racks, which usually carry the aforementioned Velcro cuffs for easy securing. When this is done, it is known as bondage and discipline, or B&D. It is simply an extension of bondage. This, truly, should only be experienced by expert players who know one another intimately and trust one another explicitly. When bondage is administered properly (especially a first session) it is ALWAYS best to quit a little early -- even if your seratonin and adrenaline are telling you otherwise. This way, you can leave the session with that wonderful anticipation of a next encounter -- perhaps being even better.
