Also known as the Water Knot and the Angler’s Knot, the Fisherman’s Knot’s primary use is fitting one length of equal diameter rope (or fishing line) to another. The knot can also be used to make a surprisingly secure—yet safely disengaged—loop for the breast, nipples and male genitals!
Rope length: Depends on “piece” being tied
Begin by laying separate ropes parallel to one another. Cross the rope on the right-hand side over…
and then under the rope on the left-hand side, under itself…
and through the loop that you created.
Now, cross the rope on the left-hand side over…
and then under the rope on the right-hand side, under itself…
and through the loop that was created—just as before.
To tighten the Fisherman’s Knot, pull on the long ends of the two ropes.
To loosen the knot, pull on the short ends.
