High heel training diary, day 57

High heels training GO TO TRAINING DAY

Today has been a good day for me, shoetraining-wise. I didn't have anything to do outside of the house today, so I knew that would mean spending the entire day in my high heels. I didn't know what shoes my shoe-chooser would assign to me today though, and was surprised when I saw this morning that it had chosen these sandals. That's because these are my "sleeping sandals", the ones that I wear to bed when my regular shoes are too uncomfortable to sleep in. I knew of course that there would be a day in my training when they would be my regular shoes for the day, but I had no way of knowing when. I am glad that it came on a Sunday.

These shoes are super-comfortable, so I don't have any difficulty wearing them for really long periods of time, but they also have full 5-inch heels, and a really high arch, so they really stretch my ankles and calves, just what high heel training requires. I have had them on since about midnight last night when I went to bed, and have done a lot of running around in the house today, doing laundry and other household chores. My legs and feet feel great! I can really feel my muscles stretching, but without any of the discomfort or pain of the many poorly fitting high heels I have. Ah, if only every day of my training could be like this. I just love the way these shoes look and the way they feel.

The other great thing about having to wear these shoes on a Sunday is that, since they are my sleeping shoes anyway, by the time I take them off I will have had them on longer than I have worn any other shoes during my shoe training. As I said above, I have had them on since about midnight last night, and will have them on until I get ready for work at about 6:00 tomorrow morning... 30 hours total, without a break!
